  • No, scholarships are not available for this event.

  • Yes, we have group discounts available for groups of 5 or more.

    To register as a group, select "Group Conference Pass" on the "Register" page. You will need to register the minimum of 5 group members to activate the group rate.

  • You will receive your badge and lanyard after checking in.

  • We will not have childcare, or activities for children coinciding with the conference, so please arrange for childcare ahead of time.

    We will have a room for nursing mothers available. 

    If you choose to bring your child(ren), you will need to purchase a ticket for them, and they will need to remain with you at all times. Please only bring your child(ren) if they can be attentive and engaged during the sessions, which range from 75 - 90 minutes in length. 

    Please do not bring strollers, as we do not have space to accommodate them. 

  • Visit the Welcome Center, located in the Lobby, and let the Welcome Center Host know you lost an item. They will provide you with assistance.

    NOTE: We are not always able to locate lost items, but we do our best to reunite lost items with their owners.

  • All main sessions are recorded and available for purchase for $29.00. If you have already purchased your ticket and you would like to add the conference recordings, email events@bethelatlanta.com.

  • The conference will be held at The Retreat at Bethel Atlanta, which is where Bethel Church of Atlanta meets on Sundays. It is located at 926 Tyrone Road, Tyrone, GA 30290.
